In Florida the annual “Birding and Wildlife Festival” is in January – Every year I volunteer there – this year we got to share it with a friend – or rather she shared it with us. I hope you Grandkids can find friends and events like this to share together.

This Raptor is from Iceland. The only place it lives. At least 2 of us have a special place in our hearts for Iceland animals - well maybe it is for Iceland horses but the raptor is special also.
