Hey, guys I now have a computer — can’t blame the small ipad keyboard for my mistakes anymore. Still do not have PhotoShop loaded – so I will do the best I can with the photos I have.
Today: 1. The homestead, 2. Art, 3. Growth in Natural Florida — Click photos to see full size – use back arrow to return to this page.
1. The homestead In 1875 Charles, my Grandpa, was born in the house in the foreground. (In 1936 I was born in the same house/same room). During the period 1900-1903 my Grandpa (Charles), his dad(Micheal), and his brother(Edward) built the house and barn in background. In 1903 my dad was born in that new house. Starting tomorrow, I am going to give you, a day at a time, my Grandpa’s diary entries starting in 1903, January 1. I believe the house was complete by then and Grandma, Grandpa, and their two children lived in the house at that time.
2. Art

- Some unknown artist in some unknown freight yard created for the world to see his work in a mobil gallery
Some unknown artist in some unknown tattoo parlor created for the world to see his work in a mobil gallery In the evening, having a glass of wine on my front porch, I saw another piece of art from God.
3. Growth in Natural Florida

Not all growth is to our liking – I will show you what this moisture can do when mold spores take root — in a later blog I will do that — but rest assured that we are working on our water problem — and we are kicking the ball forward each day – I think! I plan to keep kicking anyway.
My approach is to be polite and kind to all, but keep the pressure on – I am working to make sure Grandma and I keep the developer, the engineer who approved the site, the owner of the realestate sales office who sold the site, the builder, the state building site inspector/approver, and my insurance company all sitting in one room so to speak – right now everyone is really working together and trying to solve the problem — so far no one says they are worried about whose fault it is – hope it stays that way – If it does not stay that way, I’ll just have to work harder to keep the team focused!
Hope this guy does not hit water! I will be back tomorrow
