Dave wrote: Hi Jim, Last evening we went to one of our favorite swamps. We had Soras and Virginia Rails calling non stop. One Sora came right out. We got many shots of it. The Virginias were more interested n chasing non stop so I only got this one shot. We did hear an American Bittern calling but it was far out. We will try again as it is still early in the season here. Dave
I have been searching through many of my old photos!
Dave wrote: Hi Jim, We are finally getting some milder weather here in upstate NY. Here are some shots of a male Rose-breasted Grosbeak and a male Baltimore Oriole that showed up at our feeders today. I was only able to get a few shots of the Oriole as it was getting dark. Hi Jim, We have had a cold, wet, windy spring here in upstate NY. We finally got a couple of nice days. I was able to get out in my photo blind to shoot some waterfowl. Here are some shots of Wood Ducks and Ring-necked Ducks. Dave
SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS have nothing to do with our photo club, but – There are more than 1 billion cameras installed worldwide. It’s nearly impossible to escape them. Americans are caught on camera an average of 238 times every week. That’s 34 times per day. Even in the wildlife world, you steal your neighbor’s food, you will be caught!
